Description:

Mid sized flycatcher 12-13cm. Adult has rich yellow underparts, light olive crown, back and wings. Legs are a bright orange/yellow.

Habitat:

High altitude cloud forest. This species is endemic to the Island of New Guinea found on both PNG and Indonesia sides.

Notes:

Also known as the Papuan or Canary Flycatcher. Only found in high mountian cloud forest and populations seem patchy. This one spotted near Mount Hagen, PNG
