Hello and Welcome! This is a "sign of wildife" type of spotting. Signs of wildife are categorized according to the organism that made, left or is represented by the sign. Thus a bird's nest is filed under birds. I'll move it there for you. There is also a global "signs of wildlife" mission you might want to add this spotting to.
