Hello and Welcome! This is a "sign of wildife" type of spotting. Signs of wildife are categorized according to the organism that made, left or is represented by the sign. Thus a bird's nest is filed under birds. I'll move it there for you. There is also a global "signs of wildlife" mission you might want to add this spotting to.
I think this is recently built because, it's late spring or early summer now. Thanks for the information!
Welcome to Project Noah. Once you have found your way around our site you may wish to add this to the animal architecture mission. Do you know if this is an old nest or one built recently? Either way you may get to see birds occupying it and raising a family, then you will have something really interesting to record.
