Description:

It has 13 cm and a strong sexual dimorphism. Males have sky-blue plumage, black tail with two central feathers longer than the other and at the top of the head, a bright red crown. The females are dark green and have a longer tail than that of males.

Habitat:

It is found in dense forest areas in southern and southeastern of Brazil.
