Description:

An unusual Tachinid with a scarce amount of body spines. The wings are brownish and darker on the upper margins. Family Tachinidae, 7 mm in length.

Habitat:

On wet sand close to the river, Chorreadero Waterfall Park, Chiapa de Corzo, Chiapas, Mexico.
