Hi there. Since you know the identity of your organism, please go ahead and fill in the scientific name field. This allows the spotting to fully enter the database and become complete, letting groups and individuals use the data and find your spotting. It also takes the spotting off the "unidentified" list. Snake was not a pet, but as a part of a STEM science field trip exibit it was brought to this spot in a container.

Look at those eyes watching you! I remember coming across one of these as a kid here in Oklahoma. I was walking the creek barefoot; thankfully it was a small one. Lol
