Sus scrofa domesticus
I agree with deepskywim, I think this is Turopolje pig, we have in Croatia two native species of pigs: this one and Black Slavonian pig. Turopolje pig is the oldest native species, has a semi-lop ears, straight back, little curly hairs as adult, also obtain in PP Lonjsko polje as critically endangered species...
It very much look like it I think! I am afraid I am not a specialist of rare pigs breeds... You're safe with Sus scrofa domesticus in any case :-)
Is it possible to this is a Turopolje Pig?

It looks like a special breed of domestic pig, possibly this one:

But I could be wrong :-)
The scientific name for all European pigs, wild or domestic, is Sus scrofa. Domesticus is added for domestic breeds.
As far as I remember, someone in Croatia told us that this was not a Domestic pig, but a special pig...
