Mushrooms

Gymnopus iocephalus

Description:

Small mushroom trio with lavender colored caps and white stems. Gilled underside that appears to be a similar color to the top of the cap. On their way out but still very pretty! Growing from a rotting log.

Habitat:

Temperate forest. Nolin Lake State Park, Kentucky.
