Green head, brown wings with pretty design.

Habitat:

Climbing up tree at Maroochy Botanical Gardens, Sunshine Coast.On tree trunk, the Green Face Gum Hoppers are usually facing upwards or downwards. The green face provides a good camouflage colour for those predators sitting on stem or tree trunk.

Hey Megs, I have one from the same family: http://www.projectnoah.org/spottings/103...
I thought they might be the same at first (with colour variations) but at looks like the two types are quite distinctly different.
