Zighy Bay, Musandam Peninsula, Oman (north of Fujeirah, UAE)
It doesn't really look like any of them. The Blue, and the grey herons are both too streaky on there heads, and they both are much lighter, and the black heron has black feet and a black bill, not yellow, and seems to be to even too dark. But I will keep researching.
