What an unusual place to spot an african grey parrot. They are a bird that does not do well in cold climates, yet this bird appears to be outdoors. During the summers in that part of the world I suppose it could survive if not taken by a bird of prey. The winters however would be much to harsh for this bird. Was this in some type of large green house?
