Saw this little guy by my parent's lake in Indianapolis! I had no idea there were lizards in central Indiana! What kind is it?

I think that the more recent toxonomic classification is that all North American skinks of the genus Eumeces are now in the genus Plestiodon. That may need to be verified, though.
