Jerusalem Beetle Grub?

Odontotaenius disjunctus

Description:

White, slick grub with a red face. Spotted just up the road from a full grown beetle, so Jerusalem is my best guess.

Habitat:

Spotted crossing a rocky, wood-debris strewn road high in the Guatemalan mountains.
