This is a Jellyfish, but I am unsure what kind of Jellyfish it is. Something had already bitten off its tentacles by the time we found it. The picture was taken at 7:42 AM EST.
Thank you for the suggestion! After looking up more pictures on google and looking up its habitat I determined it was a perfect match! Thanks again!
