it looks like a Stapelia, or commonly "carrion flower", which has 285 species/ sub-species to choose from.

These flowers are really cool. Most smell like rotting flesh to attract flies to pollinate them, like the closely related Stapelia. Not sure of the species but I'm nearly positive this is Huernia.
