male Monkey face spider

Salticidae, Mopsus mormon

Description:

male monkey face spider in our garden

Notes:

When I first saw this spider in our yard, I was quite terrified of them. After seeing them in our garden a few times, gradually getting closer and closer to them, they seem more inquisitive. One even jumped on my camera while I was trying to take it's picture.
