To me it looks more like Brachycera ( http://eol.org/pages/1300082/overview )

Nice find! This fly reminds me a lot of a Snipe Fly, Family Rhagionidae. I'm not sure if that is correct but it is my best guess.

Sawflies are actually a type of wasp and they have a different body shape than this fly.
