One-spotted Prepona

Archaeoprepona demophon

Notes:

The Archaeoprepona demophon, is one of many butterflies which habitat is the Parise adventure aviary at Butterfly world, Florida. When entering it feels like walking into a space where everything floats.U don't have enough eyes to watch each of these fascinated creatures. Each one of them have their unique colors and shapes. A must see and sure a thrill to capture.

This is probably not the Banded King Shoemaker, because this one would be the only Prepona with 2 colors on the forewing. Yours is Archaeoprepona demophon, which is actually not native from Florida, so I guess you got it at the Butterfly World, Coconut Creek, Florida. If, yes, please, add the corresponding info, that it is a captive butterfly. If not, we have a problem in Florida ;-)...
