Description:

This small, exquisitely patterned spider was carrying her egg sack attached to her abdomen (photos 4 and 3). When she reached the upper part of the leaf she was on, she detached the sack and climbed on it, taking a defensive position (photos 2 and 1).

Habitat:

A small protect area in the outskirts of a major city.
