The identifying feature is the coloured antennae: CMR Bean Beetle (Mylabris oculata) which comes is a few colour variants.

Meloidae, Blister Beetle. Quite nasty to flowers and toxic (blisters!). Pustulatus from the link is from India. There is also a Mylabris pustula which looks similar to yours. I am not suer about the species. Take it as a hint!
