This is either the Convergent Lady Beetle, Hippodamia convergens, or the spotless form of the Five-spotted Lady Beetle, Hippodamia quinquesignata ambigua. Unfortunately they both occur in your area and cannot be told apart by photographs alone. It is definitely in the genus Hippodamia though!
