Thanks bayucca i think you are right. The shape of the head, the wings and the pronotum are very similar. And it looks like the one in the link but about the species i'm not sure

Cicadellidae, Cicadellinae, Proconiini (!). Diestostemma sp., there are many different in Costa Rica. Biolleyi is quite close. But I think it is not serious the get closer. Please, verify.
