Description:

This is an medium size bird, is a seed-eating bird but also feeds from insects like spiders . The male is blue with some brown spots, the female is brown.This is a migratory bird, mostly migrate from south to Central America.

Habitat:

Forest, Subtropical/Tropical Dry, Artificial/Terrestrial, Plantations, shrubs

I saw this beautiful bird in a Coffee plantation. The Blue Grosbeak was with the female couple and its chick

El problema que comentaba del mapa es que entro al Menu Map y no veo las especies mías en el mapa :( pero a lo mejor despues se actualiza.

Hola Como estas? Si el ave la vi en San Joaquin de Flores en Costa Rica, fue en el patio de mi casa, llego con un pichón y una hembra, estuvieron como 5 días alimentandose y ya no los volví a ver.
