No .. it looks very similar but Capsella has fruits upright, not horizontal like this one. Look up either Thlaspi caerulescens or perfoliatum or maybe Lepidium campestre. That's the closest I can get without seeing leaves and general habitus ;-)

Could it be - Shepherd's Purse, Capsella bursa-pastoris?
