Sayornis phoebe
I saw a few of these on different occasions. The Eastern phoebe is a flycatcher with a short black bill, grayish-brown above, pale-gray below, white neck, pointy crest, faint to nonexistent wing bars. Length: 5.5-6.7 in (14-17 cm).
Spotted at the National Butterfly Center.
