Exact specie find in commercial crop is tough now. Need to check which seeds used by farmer. Its a commercial cultivar.

Ashish, yes, Allium is a genus of over 500 species of onions.

I have provided a scientific name for you with a reference link. The reference link could help lead you to a specific species, for I have only narrowed it down as far a genus.

It could possibly be Allium aflatunense, but that species is confused with many others.
