This jumper was around 1cm in size.. The unique thing about this spider was, it had 3 dots on each of its "pedipalps", which i had never observed on any other jumpers..!
After searching from the net and my guide book, my guess is that this is a spider from the Bavia genus but no species from India is stated in Wikipedia. So the next possible jumping spider genus could be Marpissa.
