Description:

A large bush about 10 feet tall. Pretty pink flowers.

Habitat:

It likes to grow in dry open woods and rocky slopes at low to middle elevations.

Notes:

The berries are edible but don't taste very good. The scientific name Sanguineum means 'blood red' or 'bloody'
