Definite Coop here. The pale nape, thick legs, and round tail make it a Coop over Sharpie.

Ah. The sharp-shinned vs coopers dilemma. Don't think I can weigh in, but it's a good sighting nevertheless.

Beautiful series! I am fairly confident in the ID. Sharp-shinned Hawks are very similar in appearance but are a bit smaller and the coloring is a little different on the head and nape. Cooper's Hawks have longer necks as well.
