Podisus brevispinus
Group of small black eggs laid on a weeping-crabapple leaf.
Thanks, @martinl and @Latimeria! That was great help.
I believe the black ones with 'eyelashes' are the Spined Soldier Bug in the genus Podisus. http://www.projectnoah.org/spottings/876... http://www.whatsthatbug.com/2010/05/30/s...
Stink bug eggs, family Pentatomidae. I've seen references to Podisus sp., but I haven't researched that enough.
Wow, I'm interested to find out what those are too!
