Yellow Bellied Sapsucker

Sphyrapicus varius

Notes:

I was finally able to capture a shot of this shy Yellow Bellied Sapsucker/woodpecker. He has been in my cotton wood tree drilling holes, is very vocal, fast, and shy. I was thrilled to finally get a picture of him!
