Pyrrhocorax pyrrhocorax himalayanus
The bird lives in large groups of more than 20 to 30 individuals and forages in alpine meadows just above the tree-line. They dig for grubs and plant tubers. Except for their red bill and red legs, they resembles with common crows and they belong to the crow family, Crovidae.
