Bayucca, you are indeed correct. I knew it was not a moth, I stand corrected.
It is not a leafhopper, but a treehopper, Membracidae. Thorn Mimic Treehopper, Leptocentrus taurus.
I will second what NuwanChathuranga said. It is a leafhopper of some kind.
