Maybe a Giant Amazon River Turtle (Podocnemis expansa)?
No bigger
It is a little hard to tell what kind of turtle it is from the picture because it is a little pixelated and blurry. However it looks kind of like a Yellow Spotted Amazon River Turtle (Podocnemis unifilis).
