I think this is a Spangled Skimmer Female. I have a friend from my state who knows about it. Thanks Cindy!

Yes I was leaning toward that one as well but there were a couple pics that were similar in the Needham's so I didn't want to rule it out.

Seems more like Spangled Skimmer to me.
