Hyponephele lycaon
looks like Hyponephele lycaon, or a Coenonympha pamphilius - cannot decide
meadow, sunny places
I think it is Coenonympha pamphilus not Hyponephele lycaon. If you look at different pictures you might notice that in Pamphilus the eye on the forewing has always a clearly separated brighter halo, which is in most Lycaon not clearly visible. In addition Pamphilus is much smaller than Lycaon (30-35 mm vs. 40-45 mm). That I can't say for sure in your shot, but in my eyes it looks like being quite small. And Lycaeon has no spots on the hindwing. These are, however, sometimes tricky to see. In your picture I can see some faint spots. What do you think??
