You have totally nailed it! I had originally seen this little caterpillar on kale, resting along a leaf vein just as your reference link pointed out. Thanks for the help and I have seen that butterfly quite a bit, so it's nice to know what it looks like before it sprouts wings! :)

I am no expert on caterpillars, but I have seen plenty of cabbage butterflies in my life, and plenty of caterpillars that look like yours. My dad was a science teacher and some of his skills have rubbed off on his oldest son. If I am not correct, I am sure my comment will get the ball rolling. Thanks for all you do Yasser. Please take a look at the link and the caterpillar shown there. It sure looks like yours. It is a very common butterfly.
