Eupithecia rosmarinata

Eupithecia is in my eyes correct, I probably had suggested E. cf. r. since I would not have had the time for checking all the pug moths with the result, that all look almost the same.
Could it be Eupithecia rosmarinata, I have some very similar ones identified as that before.
