Rufous-Capped Motmot

Baryphthengus ruficapillus

I found an abandoned house in a reserve of the Atlantic Forest. When I opened it, this "Baryphthengus ruficapillus " flew out from inside and landed in a tree. Then, I read that this specie likes dark places to live.

I found this specimen near a river, on an environmental reserve of Atlantic Forest.

My 700th Spot.
