Largus californicus
Plant Bug about 1.2 cm long, black with orange borders around the elytra and thorax. The underside has bright red areas around the coxae of the legs and base of the antennae. Family Largidae.
Many were crawling about on the cement driveway of a private home in the hills about the City of Santa Barbara, California.
