Wren? Brown and tan bird with light stripe above the eye. The bill is narrow. The breast is pale and rump is tan to rufous.

I don't think it's an immature? It looks just like the one in my field guide. If you do a Google image search, this guy looks like most of them. Some of them are kind of ratty looking, yours is a pretty one :)
