Carolina Wren eggs

Thryothorus ludovicianus

Description:

Note eggs in first photo and lovely dark nest hole in the second photo. Sorry, but I can't seem to catch the wren with my camera. She is a sweet, energetic "uppy-tailed" brown wren. A pair built a nest in flower pot hanging on my porch. A poor location which they evidently abandoned after 3 small, spotted eggs were laid.
