One of the wading birds,found around the wetlands. Neck is S shaped and snake like .I added a Video of the heron walking on the vegetation .
Found on The Munneshwaram Lake , at Chillaw.
I added a Video of the heron walking on the vegetation . It shows the wading behavior , i thought it would catch a prey but unfortunately it stood still for many minutes in the same pose......
