Description:

The Lyside sulphur is a butterfly in the family Pieridae. Wings are yellow and white with some variations. The prominent vein on the hind wing helps with ID.

Habitat:

Spotted at the Falcon Lake State Park butterfly Garden. The surrounding area is Tamaulipan thorn-scrub habitat.
