White head freckled with dark spot. Non-speckled white neck and underparts. The upperparts are glossy blue-black with bluish-green iridescence.
Under some tall trees.
The premises of the Eco camp Rann Riders, Little Rann of Kutch is a good place to spot birds. I saw many different species on the tall trees and in and around the lotus ponds.
