White-bellied Minivet

Pericrocotus erythropygius

Description:

The male is identified due to its contrasting black and white plumage, white wing-slash and orange-red patch on breast and rump. Female is identified by the white wing-slash and orange-red rump.

Habitat:

Dry-deciduous forests and thorn scrubs. Seen at Madhav National Park.

Notes:

At first I thought it was a siberian stonechat, the tail was confusing. Got the Id from birdforum.org
