This is a herbaceous perennial, not very tall, some 15 cm tall, and producing daisy like flowers - most of those I saw were blue or sky blue; and once I observed one white flower. Rather confusing flower, as I never saw it before - this year we saw it in all parks around here, growing wildly in meadows.
