Chocolate-Tip Grass Moth

Uncobotyodes linealis Moore, 1867

Description:

Golden yellow crambid with dark dots and patches. Wingspan: 40 mm.

Habitat:

Mixed forests mainly of pines, cherry and bamboo. Cool to warm place. Altitude: 1,700 m.

Notes:

This moth had visited our terrace light. This is first time for me, so it makes itself very rare.
