Spathoglottis plicata
Spathoglottis are evergreen plants with crowded pseudobulbs just below the surface of the ground. The 3-lobed labellum projects forward with an extended midlobe which allows insects to land. Both sepals and petals are broad and the sepals are hairy on the outside. The inflorescence arises among sheaths from a recently matured pseudobulb. [wikipedia.org]

Thank you, Hema and Machi. This one is actually in our garden. However, S. plicata can be found in provincial areas with lush flora here in the Philippines. They also tend to multiply really fast and successfully around here.
Can you describe where you found it? Was it in the wild?
