Arcyria sp.
Young sporocarps of Arcyria sp., a slime mold, in the vicinity of some Enerthema pappillatum, the small round dark ones. Probably Arcyria obvelata since mature specimens could be found on the same fallen tree, see: http://www.projectnoah.org/spottings/114...
Dead wood, probably pine tree.
