Shannon, thanks to you and your great information, I belive we have the correct ID. If I'm looking at this right these gills are close rather than distant and that points to L. volemus. Thanks You!

Looks like one of the common edible milky cap mushrooms. If you cut the stem or cap and white latex starts dripping out, it's a Lactarius. Of the orange Lactarius, L. hygrophoroides has distant gills, and L. volemus has close gills with latex that stains brown and smells fishy.
